Welcome to PhillyBlocks

PhillyBlocks is a city-wide network of block activists working to  build neighborhoods that are attractive, safe, economically viable, and decent places to raise our children. The Institute for the Study of Civic Values is recruiting neighborhood and block activists throughout the City to  participate in our Civic Values Campaign aimed at promoting civic participation, community service, and youth civic responsibility, while improving neighborhood appearance, safety, and cooperation among the diverse groups that constitute our community.  Here, we can use the Internet to communicate with one another and gain quick access to the City Departments, agencies, and community organizations that can help us achieve our goals.
